Miguel Muñoz is a lawyer practicing in the firm’s International Business and Intellectual Property groups.
Mr. Muñoz focuses his practice on international business and investment including corporate, transactional and regulatory matters; and intellectual property including prosecution, litigation and transactional aspects of copyright, trademark, patent and other innovative assets.
Mr. Muñoz represents clients from a broad range of industries, spanning from commercial, financial, and technology multinationals and entrepreneurs to individual investors, athletes and entertainers.

Mr. Muñoz received his Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Iberoamericana in Leon, and Master degrees from Universitat Ramon Llull in Barcelona and Fordham University in New York. Mr. Muñoz is admitted to practice law in New York and Mexico, and holds a FINRA series 65 investment adviser license.
Mr. Muñoz frequently participates in international conferences and forums as an expert speaker, and has lectured on international business and intellectual property law as a university professor.
Mr. Muñoz is fluent in Spanish and English.
